Remo Stars of Nigeria, on Friday landed in Rabat, Morocco, where they will face military side, AS FAR, Sunday night, in the CAF Champions League qualifiers.
Nigerian sides have had difficulties with AS FAR as only Iwuanyanwu Nationale (now Heartland) have beaten the North African club.
The win came in the semi-finals of the old-styled Champions League edition of 1988 when the Naze millionaires won 5-3 on penalties after a 4-4 aggregate scores.
The Ikenne-based side have not had successes in CAF Inter-Club competitions and will require at least a draw to qualify for th next round of qualifiers.
The team moved into their hotel upon arival and later held their training session Friday evening.
Remo Stars have never made it past the first preliminary round of qualifiers of the competition.
