Julia A. Bienose the Executive Director of Community-based Initiatives for a Brighter Tomorrow (CIBT) and the out going Director of Treasury of CONGOs emerged the winner as the Director of Finance election of the 7th Executive Council of the Conference of Non-Governmental Organisations (CONGOs).
The soft spoken activist, in an elated voice, spoke to newsmen about her famous speech on the floor of the elction before the electorates made their decisions. Here is a transcript of the magical speech.

Good morning my beloved Comrades.
I’m Julia A Bienose, the Executive Director of Community-based Initiatives for a Brighter Tomorrow (CIBT) and the outgoing Director of Treasury of our dear CONGOs.
I’m a Candidate for the position of the Director of Finance of CONGOs. As a trained Administrator, all my work life, interest, focus and experience has been in Finance and my experience over the years has equipped me for the tasks ahead and with your support, we will take this organization to the next level.
I’m a results-oriented person, positive minded, a team player, easy going, focused, innovative, ready, and willing to serve.
Finance and its administration are very Key to the well-being of any organization.
It is the very Live Wire of any organization.
Finance is like the Blood that runs in our veins.
Its administration will ultimately determine how far and well any organization goes.
Hence Finance requires Meticulous attention and very Competent hands in its administration and Julia Bienose is here for this service.
